Podowart

Common use

Podowart is a topical medication used in the treatment of skin warts. It works by preventing the wart cells from multiplying. This way it destroys the wart tissue and helps in the permanent removal of warts.

Dosage and direction

Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before application. This ensures the medication penetrates effectively. Using the applicator provided, apply a thin layer of the solution to the wart. Avoid applying it to the surrounding healthy skin. Allow the solution to dry completely before covering or exposing the area to clothing. Repeat the application as directed by your healthcare provider, typically once or twice daily.

Precautions

You should let your doctor know if you have other skin conditions and if you are taking any other medicines, especially those applied to the skin. It may not be suitable if you have very sensitive skin. Ask your doctor about the safety of this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Avoid using if the area is irritated, swollen, bleeding, has hair growing from it, or to warts that have recently had surgery on them.
Do not apply this medicine to a mole or birthmark.
Contains natural ingredients. However, if you have any sensitivities to its ingredients, avoid using it. If you experience any allergic reactions after using the product, discontinue if redness/irritation occurs.

Missed dose

If you miss a dose of Podowart, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Overdose

If you experience severe redness, swelling or pain after application, discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately.

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from children and pets.
